Power of Grass ("we," "us") is building a regenerative farm and documenting it in the open. The short version of this policy: we collect very little, we use it only to send you the field journal and answer your emails, and we never sell it, rent it, trade it, or use it against you. This page explains the details, so you can see for yourself.
We don't ask for your name, phone number, address, or payment details on this site, and we don't run user accounts.
We use it to send you the Power of Grass field journal: what we're building, what's working, what isn't, and the science underneath it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and one click ends it.
We share data only with the few services needed to run the site and the journal. They handle it on our behalf, under their own terms.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We don't expect that to come up.
Our gear shop, our social media accounts, and the Big Grass Guy app site are separate from this one, and each has its own privacy policy. When you buy something in the shop, the details you enter there are handled under the shop's policy and are used to fulfill your order. The Big Grass Guy app's policy is at biggrassguy.com/privacy.
We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it from our list. Emails you send us are kept only as long as we need them to answer you and keep a sensible record.
This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we keep the amount of personal information we hold as small as we can. Less data means less that could ever go wrong.
This site and the field journal are not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we'll delete it.
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this address. If we ever change how we use your email in a way that matters, we'll tell subscribers before it takes effect.
